Beaded Necklace with Magnetic Heart Clasp Tutorial

I made this tutorial using the magnetic heart clasps with Valentine's Day in mind, but hearts can be adored and worn all year long!

Materials You'll Need

MIYUKI SIZE 11/0 SEED BEADS

For color inspiration, check out my designer color palettes and bead mix recipes.

MAGNETIC HEART CLASP

You can use any magnetic clasp for this design as long as it has a CLOSED loop on each side.

BEADING THREAD

I like nylon beading thread best for this project. I use Miyuki beading thread in smoke with the stainless steel color clasp and tan with the gold color claps.

BEADING NEEDLE

I use two types of beading needles for this project. A big eye beading needle and a standard size 10 beading needle.

TOOLS

You will need a pair of scissors to cut your thread and a ruler to measure the length of your thread and necklace length.
