Refund policy

 

If you're not happy, we're not happy. We gladly accept returns within 30 days — no questions asked!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. 

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are not refunded. If you received free shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

A 15% restocking fee will apply if you're returning more than 5 items or a custom mix of beads.

We highly suggest using some form of padding to prevent damage in transit as well as as a shipping service with tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s) in it's original condition, we will issue a refund on your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jaime@thebeadmix.com.
