Shipping policy

 

Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Under normal business operating conditions, we ship within 1-2 business days. For big sales or clearance events, processing times may increase.

If we are out of an item, we'll issue a refund for that item and ship the remaining items in your order. If you know ahead of time that you don't want your order processed if a specific item is out of stock, please leave a note during checkout. If that item is out of stock, we will cancel your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements at this time.

You will receive a message when your order ships, so you'll never be left guessing.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we now offer digital bead mix recipes that available worldwide.
